I’ve been promising for a while that we would give you an early look at the content we’re planning for IT/Dev Connections 2016. It took a bit longer than I had hoped due to a major events platform migration but our first DRAFT is finally ready for download.
You can snag the PDF here: Early DRAFT of IT/Dev Connections 2016 Sessions Catalog
Keep in mind, this is an early, early DRAFT and ONLY includes those sessions and workshops that have already approved. I believe there’s a little over 80 sessions represented in this version and that’s a far cry from the over 200 we’ll provide this year. Additionally, there might be grammatical and spelling errors – so please forgive our mess. The PDF is interactive. You can click on the Track headings and the individual sessions to travel around the document to quickly locate more information.
Include this DRAFT catalog with our Convince Your Boss letter and you should be golden to attend IT/Dev Connections 2016!
This doc will be updated periodically with additional draft versions before the final releases close to the event in October – but we’ll let you know when updates are available. If you don’t see something you were looking for, just wait until the next draft. When the official, final catalog is available, we’ll have all tracks filled out and every deep-dive topic you need to push your professional career in IT, development, and DevOps to stardom.
I don’t know if you’ve ever watched the TV show called “How It’s Made,” but it’s a favorite around here. It originally appeared on the Science Channel but can now be found in streaming rerun on Hulu. As a community and peer-based conference we think it’s important to let you get the backstage view. And, if you’re like me, I suspect many of you think it’s pretty neat to see how IT/Dev Connections 2016 is made. There’s a lot of moving parts and things to do you probably didn’t realize, but its always been our intent to give you the behind-the-scenes perspective. We want you to be a very big part of why we do things, so we invite you to come along for the ride. Soon, we’ll be announcing a Community Ambassador Program for IT/Dev Connections that will enable some of you to share an even bigger part in this fantastic community.
